Is there a fee or commission to join?
No. Barkiva does not charge your organization membership fees, subscription fees or commissions for this partnership. Purchased products, services and delivery are subject to their own prices and order terms.
Who can become a partner?
Shelters, rescue groups and animal welfare organizations can contact us. We will review your organization, location and needs, and confirm the services available to you.
Do we keep control over adoption?
Yes. Your organization defines its adoption requirements, reviews enquiries and makes every placement decision. Barkiva helps people discover your animals and connect with your team.
Can supporters bring things that are not in the store?
Yes. You can share other in-kind needs alongside product requests. Supporters can arrange the details with your organization before bringing suitable items.
Are all the experiences shown available now?
The app images are illustrative concepts using fictional data. The partnership builds on organization profiles, needs, charity orders and adoption discovery. Care Credits and in-app chat are planned; exact feature availability, partner discounts and campaign scope are confirmed during onboarding.
