A thank-you for bringing someone new to Barkiva. Here is how your reward works.
When do I earn my reward?
You earn one personal 10% discount code for each new friend who registers through your invitation and completes their first eligible shop order. Registration, payment or dispatch alone does not unlock the reward.
What can I use the discount on?
Use it on eligible, regularly priced shop products. Sale products are excluded. In a mixed basket, only eligible products receive the discount. The code belongs to your account and cannot be transferred.
How long is my code valid?
Your code is valid for 30 days from the moment it is issued and can be used on one order. Each qualifying friend earns you a separate code.
How does my friend’s invitation stay connected?
On Android, continue through this page to Google Play. On iPhone, open the Barkiva App Clip before installing. Use the same device and register within 30 days. If the App Clip is unavailable, keep the invitation link and return to it after installation before signing up.
What if I miss the notification?
Your invitation progress and earned codes are saved in your Barkiva account. Open the referral page in the app to find them, even if push notifications are turned off.
